Summary: The Aksyon Kabataan Series involved a national summit, follow-up forums and seminar-workshops for the Filipino youth aimedat: (1) providing them with fundamental inputs on good governance, leadership, their role in the community and nation-building, and equipping them with multi-media skills for political engagement; and (2) arming them with the capacity to articulate their engagement through a structured and sustainable social movement. Main Activities:
1. AKSYON KABATAAN 2016: National Youth Summit. (March 7 to March 11, 2016) 2. Overview and analysis of the Philippine situation during the 1st 100 days after election and exercise on Good Governance Index. (October 27, 2016). 3. AKSYON KABATAAN 2017: Training-workshop on Social Movement (May 24 to 26, 2017). As a culminating activity, the participants organize themselves into social movements by identifying advocacies they would like to work on and then planning and developing these into concrete programs. 4. KaBahagi: A Knowledge Sharing.͟ Congress on movement shared (May 18, 2018).
